THE GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ALL THE ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:-   

 Conference registration is MANDATORY for all the abstract submissions.
 IAOHNS membership is desirable but NOT mandatory for the scientific presentations.
 Abstract should not be of more than 300 words.
 Last Date for Submission is 8^th July 2024.
 Only original research work or case series are permitted for the presentation in paper (oral / podium) presentation categories; case reports are NOT permitted.
 Abstracts for the paper (oral / podium) presentations should have the following sub headings:-
 Title of the study, Presenting author, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion and Conclusion.
 Under poster presentation, for the original research work & case series, the above format to be followed, but for the case reports, the sub headings should be:- Title of the poster, Presenting author, Introduction, Case Report and Conclusion.

SENIOR CONSULTANT AWARD PAPER   

 Should be 45 years or more of age on or after 08-08-2024 (age proof to be furnished along)

JUNIOR CONSULTANT AWARD PAPER   

 Should be 45 years or less of age until 08-08-2024 (age proof to be furnished along)

POST GRADUATES AWARD PAPER   

 Bonafide student certificate from the Head of the department to be submitted with the abstract.

FOR POSTER PRESENTATION   

 One Power Point slide for presentation (single slide , 16:9 ratio)
  Only name & IAOHNS 2024 conference registration number of the presenter to be mentioned below the title.
  Photo of the presenter should be displayed on top right corner.
 Details like name / logo of institution/ details of guide etc *should NOT be mentioned.*
 Duration of presentation: *4 min + 1 min* Q&A.
 Presentations should have the following sub headings for the original research work & case series:- Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion and Conclusion.
 For the case reports, the sub headings should be:- Introduction, Case Report and Conclusion.

E-POSTER AWARD   

 Only one Power Point slide for presentation (template will be provided later)
 No age limit.
 Open for PGs & consultant.

VIDEO AWARD   

 Video can be on any ENT disorder, Diagnosis, Management, Prevention, Surgery, etc
 Video should be MPEG 3/MPEG4/ AVI format.

FREE PAPER   

 No age limit.
 Open for postgraduates, senior residents and consultants.

TIME LIMIT FOR VARIOUS SCIENTIFIC PRESENTATIONS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:   

 For the first 3 award paper categories, it will be 5 + 1 minutes.
 For the Senior consultant award paper categories, it will be 7 + 1 minutes for Day 2.
 For the video award it will be 5 +1 minutes.
 For the poster and free paper categories, it will be 4 +1 minutes.

PG QUIZ:   

 2 PGs in a team.
 We will have a preliminary round & a final.
